The data of your card that you have provided us will be processed in SSL encrypted form. For payment with credit and debit cards it is required to enter the CVV (Card Verification Value), a code printed on the card that is used as a security measure in e-commerce transactions.

Delivery times depend on the type of shipment selected. We have available the following types of shipping:
Pick up in store: 1-3 working days – FREE
Pick up Emails: 1-7 working days – subject to assessment
Standard address: 1-7 working days -subject to valuation
Delivery times are understood from 24 working hours following the date of purchase.

Both on our website and in the stores, only items of the current season are on sale. If an item is out of stock, we will try to replenish it as soon as possible. When it is out of stock, we will remove it from our website. For reservations contact us.
+ - RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns at Sandra Vieira are free and the return period is 30 days from the date of confirmation of shipment. Returns will always take place in the same market where the purchase was made. Respecting the aforementioned conditions, you can return in one of our stores, requesting a home collection from your account or in a postal agency requesting the label from your account on our website.
